Leaving for Uganda

Well, here we go.  I (Kendra) am sitting in our room at the hotel in Dallas waiting to go to the airport later today to fly to Uganda.  It's hard to believe that our time here in the States is at a close, but we are so excited about going back to Uganda and experiencing the work of the Father there over the next few years.  Thank you to all of you who have hosted us, encouraged us, prayed for us, shared with us, and upheld us during our time here.  We appreciate all of you and have enjoyed being with you.  As we have said before, you are welcome to come visit us in Uganda any time!  I'll sign off with the following prayer requests and will try to post an update after we arrive in Uganda:

• That we would have safety, strength, and patience as we travel
• That we would be healthy - we have been battling coughs and stomach bugs
• That we would jump back into the work at Musana Camps with eagerness, flexibility, and grace
• That we would have a continued passion for building relationships in Uganda, both with people we already know and those we will meet in the next few years
• For Syd & Andrea Sparks, our fellow staff members at Musana, that they would have wisdom and peace in dealing with health issues and traveling back to the States to take care of them
• For Kevin & Angela Blank as they join us at Musana Camps in September, and for Kevin & Shellie Rees and family as they join us in December
• For the various projects, personally and at the camp, that need funds to be completed or begun
